Reaching out for help can be hard...
We've made it easy.

A construction worker is 4x more likely to die by suicide than the general population.

The suicide rate among construction workers is six times higher than the fatality rate from workplace injuries.
Confyde allows you to check in on your workers on a regular basis, and help open conversations early, before challenges become an issue.
It's hard to go up to someone with many others around on a job site and say "I'm struggling." Through our confidential mental health check-in's, users can seek support anonymously, without fear or stigma.
Confyde opens up conversations early, by allowing you to check-in regularly and provide support before it's too late.
Through the data provided from mental health check-in's, you can pinpoint the factors that are affecting mental health and job performance, and begin to support.
Whether your team has been trained in Mental Health First Aid or VitalCog, or you provide access to EAPs and other resources, Confyde provides the missing link to help support worker mental health and well-being, and enhance your peer support program.
You'll gather data on the mental health and well-being of your workers, and begin to take action.

Confyde allows you to reach out to those who may be struggling, but aren't seeking support - allowing you to intervene early and ensure your workforce stays engaged and feels supported (as well as helping to reduce suicide and mental health departures).
We're here to help you support the mental health and well-being of your company. Whether that's through customizing our platform to suit your needs, onboarding your team, or providing ongoing support and care, we're here for you 24/7.

In 2022, Pete founded Confyde, a platform that has since provided critical support to teams, companies, programs, administrators, coaches, athletes, and employees helping them engage in conversation and access the mental health support they need when it matters most.
